Now that Blogger seems to be cooperating for me, I can post some more recent photos!
Last Saturday, Isabelle had her very first solid food! I didn't have the camera ready, so these pictures are from Sunday. Here she is, sucking the cereal off of the spoon with much enthusiasm. She has been watching us eat and lunging for our food for weeks--once even putting her fingers in my pasta with tomato sauce! So we started her a little shy of the 6 month mark.

Helena is eager to speed Isabelle on her way. She has been leaving cups of juice and chocolate milk along with pieces of bread on Isabelle's swing and Exersaucer, leaving sandwiches and pancakes within her reach as Isabelle rolls across the floor. And here, on Isabelle's high chair, you can see the remains of 3 doughnuts that Helena had partially eaten that day (not all at once--and she didn't finish any of them).

Here, Helena has gotten a papertowel (or part of one) to wipe Baby Belle's mouth!

Isabelle, of course, thinks that the paper towel looks like a good snack!

This morning before Mass I asked Anton to take a picture of me with the girls, since we were all dressed up! (Phelan was at Religious Education, but he looked nice, too! As did Anton! We're all about linen shirts right now, since the weather has been warmer.)

I've been shaking off some academic stress these days by making some little dresses--two for Isabelle and this little butterfly dress for Helena! Isabelle's dress in the picture was a gift from her godmother and is very cute, no?

Just love your sewing!!! Beauteous gals too! :)
Love the girlie Xs 3 pictures. Your girls are beautiful and you, by the way, look fabulous. Your hair cut really suits you.
